Business Growth

There are different types of business growth strategies or what I would call them “phases”. Organic, strategic, internal and merge. The reason why I call them business “phases” instead of strategy, because one shall not start without previous phase being in healthy and strong state. It is possible for strategic and internal or organic and internal “phases” to run simultaneously if you have strong team in place. Procurement for example may play important role in internal growth while project and product management will play same role in strategic growth. In some cases it may be necessary to start internal phase while organic is still building. Every business needs to be analyzed for determination of when and how each phase will start.
